Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2026

ParkFiller provides marketing services for RV parks and mobile home parks, including the ParkWebpage service, which provides website design, hosting, and maintenance as an annual subscription. Client parks provide accurate information for their sites and own their photos, text they supply, and any domain they purchase. ParkFiller owns the website system, templates, and hosting arrangements. Subdomain addresses on parkwebpage.com are provided as part of an active subscription.

Either party may end the service at the annual renewal. When a subscription ends, the site is taken down after a 30-day grace period and the client may request an export of their content.

Websites, reports, and free tools are provided as-is for informational purposes. Parks are responsible for the accuracy of rates, policies, and legal compliance of their own business operations.
