ParkFiller (“ParkFiller,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Ben Beck, a sole proprietor based in Waco, Texas. ParkFiller provides the ParkWebpage service, which designs, hosts and updates websites for RV parks and campgrounds. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to parkfiller.com and to our text messaging program.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, park or business name, phone number, email and mailing address.
- Business details about your park: photos, rates, amenities, hours and listing information you share, or that is publicly listed for your business, used to build your website preview.
- Messaging data: your mobile number, the date, time and method of your opt in (verbal consent on a phone call, a reply to a Facebook message, or texting a keyword such as PARK), your messages to us, and opt out requests.
- Website data: basic analytics such as pages visited and device type.
How we use information
- To respond to you and provide the ParkWebpage service you asked about, including sending your website preview.
- To send text messages you agreed to receive about your park website. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To keep records of consent and opt outs, and to comply with law.
- To improve our website and services.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share information only with service providers that help us deliver messages and run our service (for example, our SMS platform provider), and only as needed to provide the service. They may not use it for their own marketing.
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. We honor opt outs right away. See our SMS Terms for full program details.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, messaging, payments), when required by law, or to protect our rights. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are never shared for marketing, as stated above.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including consent and opt out records. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing ben@parkfiller.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
